Los Angeles City Councilmember Bill Rosendahl spoke with actor Mike Farrell about Prop 34 — a proposition that would stop all current and future death penalty sentences in the state of California.
A life-long opponent of the death penalty, Farrell has debated and spoken about this issue across the country and shares his concerns in a conversation with Rosendahl.
