On Thursday, Councilman Bill Rosendahl, People Assisting the Homeless, and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Agency welcomed 65 year old Alfred Adkins to his new apartment home in Venice. Adkins had been living in his bus and on Westside streets for almost 10 years… that is, until now.
